Just woke up with ringing in my ear...

Any idea how I can get rid of it? Or should I be worried about it? It's a steady ringing in my left ear, my right is fine.

Also having chest pains, but I've been getting those ever since I got sick in october (glandular fever > post viral fatigue), though this is the first time in a few days and they are rather worse than usual, also a slight shortness of breath.

No recent drug use, can't think of anything I've done in the last 48 hours I haven't in the last 2 months beforehand.

Any suggestions on what's going on?

^ Mine was always drug related, dope or clonidine sometimes had that effect. Dunno
